Came home to a fridge full of food slowly going warm on a Sunday. Rang them not expecting much, and someone was out that afternoon. Cold again by evening. Big relief.

Fast, tidy, and the price matched the quote. No surprises.

What stood out was he actually explained what was going on instead of just handing me a bill. Didn't push me toward buying a new machine either. Refreshing.

I was convinced the dishwasher was done for. It kept stopping halfway and leaving everything soaked, so I'd already started pricing out replacements. Turned out to be a much smaller job than I feared and he had it sorted in one visit. Still going strong months later.

Called a couple of places and these were the only ones who bothered to call back. Booking was easy and the repair itself was solid. Knocked off a star only because the arrival window was a bit wide, but the work was spot on.

Booked online first thing and it was done before dinner. The dryer had been taking three rounds to dry a single load and running way too hot. Back to normal now, and he cleared out the vent while he was here.

I'd put up with an oven that never really got hot enough for months, everything came out half baked. Finally caved and called. Quick, friendly, fair on price. Should have done it ages ago.
